This Privacy Policy explains how Tea for Men collects uses and shares information when you use our mobile application. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

What We Collect

Account and Identifiers

• Anonymous Firebase user ID
• Optional profile information you provide such as nickname
• Device identifiers used for advertising and attribution on iOS and Android when permitted

Content You Provide

• User generated content such as posts queries comments images and related metadata including timestamps and like counts

Usage and Diagnostics

• Crash and performance data such as Firebase Crashlytics
• Basic event logs and technical information including device model operating system and app version

Permissions

• Photo library access to select and upload images
• Tracking permission on iOS for personalized ads and attribution if you consent

How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the App including authentication content creation display likes and reporting
• Store and deliver your content including images via Firebase Storage
• Improve reliability safety and performance using diagnostics and crash reporting
• Personalize or measure ads where supported and permitted
• Prevent abuse enforce our Terms and protect users

Legal Bases

• Performance of a contract to provide core App features
• Legitimate interests such as security diagnostics and non intrusive measurement
• Consent for personalized ads tracking and certain analytics where required

Sharing and Service Providers

• Firebase by Google for authentication database storage and crash reporting
• Google Mobile Ads for ad delivery and measurement subject to your consent where required
• Facebook SDK for advertising measurement signals and app events subject to your consent where required
• HotUpdater service to securely check and deliver app code updates without collecting personal content

We may also share information to comply with law protect rights and safety or in connection with a merger acquisition or asset sale.

Data Retention

We retain account identifiers posts queries likes and reports for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may request deletion as described below.

International Transfers

Data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where required.

Your Choices and Rights

• Permissions can be revoked in device settings
• Advertising choices include resetting or limiting advertising identifiers
• Access and deletion requests can be made by contacting us
• Opt out of personalized ads where available and supported by platform settings

Children Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 or the relevant age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

Security

We use reasonable administrative technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is fully secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and will update the effective date and notify users where required.

Third Party Disclosures for iOS

We may request App Tracking Transparency authorization to personalize ads and measure performance. If permission is denied ads may still appear but will be less personalized.

Terms of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tea for Men you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree do not use the App.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

3 Accounts and Authentication

The App may create an anonymous account via Firebase Auth. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4 User Content

• You may submit posts queries images comments and other content
• You retain ownership of your content and grant us a worldwide non exclusive royalty free license to host store reproduce distribute display and create derivative works as needed to operate improve and promote the App
• You represent that you have rights to submit the content and that it does not violate laws or third party rights

5 Prohibited Conduct

• Do not submit illegal infringing hateful harassing pornographic sexually explicit or harmful content
• Do not engage in fraud impersonation scraping reverse engineering or activities that disrupt the App
• Do not bypass security features or misuse reporting systems

6 Moderation and Enforcement

• We may review moderate remove or restrict content at our discretion
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse

7 Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the App and related materials excluding user content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8 Advertisements and Third Party Services

The App may display ads and integrate third party services such as Firebase Facebook SDK Google Mobile Ads and HotUpdater. Use of third party services is governed by their policies.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind including merchantability fitness for a particular purpose title and non infringement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect incidental special consequential punitive or exemplary damages or loss of data profits or goodwill.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim or zero if no fees were paid.

11 Indemnification

You agree to defend indemnify and hold us harmless from claims damages liabilities costs and expenses arising from your use of the App or your content.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your governing jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your venue unless otherwise required by law.

14 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15 Child Safety Policy CSAE

Tea for Men has a zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

We strictly prohibit any content that depicts promotes glorifies or facilitates child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Imagery or descriptions of minors in sexual situations
• Grooming behavior targeting minors
• Solicitation of minors
• Any content that sexualizes children
• Sharing distributing or requesting child sexual abuse material
• Any attempt to contact minors for exploitative purposes

Enforcement

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Preservation of all evidence
• Reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
